爱丁堡乔治酒店 The George Hotel（Edinburgh）是一家英国历史悠久的酒店，地址位于苏格兰首府爱丁堡乔治街19-21号。
2005年6月，InterContinental以2000万英镑价格将George卖给Principal酒店公司。它被评为2009年苏格兰酒店奖的爱丁堡最佳酒店。
2015-2016年，伦敦室内设计工作室Goddard Littlefair重新设计了酒店的室内设计。Tempus酒吧和餐厅在2015年重新开放。2016年11月1日，在装修结束后，Principal Hotels更名为The Principal Edinburgh George Street。
2018年5月，InterContinental Hotels收购Principal Hotels，并于2019年7月31日更名为InterContinental Edinburgh The George。
